Each bidder, once invited, can send a bid in real time with all
information enclosed.
To participate to an online tender is necessary:
- to own an userid and password;
- to read Rules for conducting online tender;
- to be invited to an online tender (through an email message).

I don’t remember the userid and/or password to
access the Online Tender Portal.
A problem occurs during the login to the Online Tender
Portal. The message shown is: "No switch to HTTPS occurred, so it
is not secure to send a password Password logon no longer possible
- too many failed attempts"
Where can I find and how do I download the tender
documents?
