Edison's regulated activities are made by:
- Edison Stoccaggio Spa, is the company that handles the Group’s natural gas storage and transmissions activities. While it was incorporated on August 2, 2004 to comply with the requirement introduced concurrently with market deregulation, Edison Stoccaggio can draw on a long tradition of expertise in this field.
- Edison DG is the company that handled the natural gas distribution activities of the Edison Group. Incorporated on February 3, 2000 through the merger of several historical natural gas distributor, the company acquired by the Group starting in 1998.
