1. If I need some explanations on the invoice or technical assistance for the counter, who will assist me?
Since May 1
st , Edison to offer more support to its customers (today 300.000 with gas and
electricity) has improved its Customer Service with an active service 24 Hours a day on 7 days .The
green number dedicated to Edison customers is written inside the Welcome letter which Edison sends
to all its customers in the moment of the activation of the supplying. For technical assistance for
the counter or for the net, Edison will bring you into contacts with the responsible technicians of
the distribution net which brings energy to your counter.

2. How can I change the selling Company, turning to Edison Energia?
Changing supplier is simple. It’s possible to make it in every moment and it doesn’t
require additional costs. It’s enough to sign the supplying contract with Edison Energia. Edison
Energia as new selling Company, will cancel the old contract telling to the actual supplier and to
the local Distributor the withdrawal of the customer. The moving to Edison Energia doesn’t require
any intervention either on the installation or a changing of the counter. Besides in the moving
from a selling Company to Edison Energia, there is no interruption of the supplying.

3. Which notice should I give to withdraw the contract with the old selling Company ?
In accordance with the time established by the Authority of Electric Energy and Gas(A.E.E.G.),
the term for the withdraw is of 3 months for the customers supplied in low voltage, while 5 months
for the ones supplied in medium voltage. Besides Edison Energia, without additional costs, will
communicate itself the withdraw from the contract to the old selling Company.

4. The economic conditions of the contract could be modified in time?
Edison Energia could change the economic conditions for the following year, telling them the
customer within 60 days before the expiry of the contract, through a registered letter or enclosing
that letter directly to the bill. After receiving that letter, the customer will have 15 days of
time to evaluate. If the customer will accept those conditions, he will only have to keep the
letter enclosed to the new contract. In that case Edison Energia will consider tacitly accepted the
new conditions proposed. In case the customer would not accept these conditions (in the 15 days at
disposal for the evaluation) he will have to send the cancellation to Edison Energia through a
registered letter, which will have to be sent back to Edison Energia, 45 days before the expiring
date of the contract.

5. In case of damages of the counter or to the installation who will help me?
To the local dispenser . In fact is the dispenser Enterprise the subject which
manages the distribution net and the counters of which is the owner. Interventions as repairs of
the damages, the re –establishment of the supply are of its competence. The telephone number of the
damages service, besides, is the same as it’s always, the one of the local distributor. But if the
customer has already drawn up a supply contract , with a seller freely chosen, he could ask to the
seller to interface with the local distributor. In this case, the customer will have to confer the
warrant to the selling Company, through a sign inside of the contract.
