Do you know what's the amount of energy needed to lighten up a concert? We must change our tune! Let's not turn off music, let's change our habits when we organize a concert, like we have done in our houses to reduce energy consumption. Energy saving lamps, generators running with solar panels, waste sorting and lots of others hints on how to reduce the impact of making, playing or listening to music are collected in the new web site Edison – Change the music. We want to promote an environmental sustainability music, giving some advice and waiting for your suggestions too, to draw up a guide: the Green Music Book.

We'll demonstrate we can change music with a great sustainanble concert in Milan, at the end of the summer, putting into practice all these advices.

Through this web site we also want to help music and emerging musicians. Send your songs and apply to the contest. The winners will participate to the green concert in Milan.
